Move of the Week: Clean, Drive & Flip

The CDF ("Clean", "Drive", and "Flip")

The CDF move with the FlipSled is the ultimate power developing exercise. The combination of power moves (clean, sled drive, wheelbarrow, and tire flip) maximizes:

  • Muscle recruitment;
  • Athletic development; and
  • Physical literacy and movement.

This training exercise can simulate an incredible amount of scenarios in sports and in real life...any movement where an athlete or individual is under pressure and has to explode out of it can be simulated by this move.

A couple real life examples to simulate:

  • Football - Blocking
  • Basketball - Exploding to the rim in the lane
  • Baseball - Exploding out of the batters box after a hit
  • Soccer - Jumping to head the ball in traffic
  • Jiu Jitsu - Throwing an opponent 
  • Law Enforcement - Take downs or moving a body
  • Fireman - Ceiling Breaches
