The Pancake Move: 

The Pancake move helps players develop the proper technique and muscle memory needed to execute blocks effectively during games. By repeatedly practicing the proper stance, footwork, and body mechanics players can become more skilled and confident in their blocking abilities. Additionally, practicing blocks with the FlipSled helps players develop the strength, power, and endurance needed to effectively finish blocks throughout the course of a game.

The Set Up: 

  1. Develop linear force 
  2. Create explosive tension  
  3. Engage defender 
The Finish: 
  1. Drive through the finish 
  2. Roll the hips 
  3. Finish the Block
