The Row & Jump is a combination workout that builds a lot of muscle in your upper body, while building stability in your lower body. This workout combines an upright row, with an explosive hop to replant your feet to lead into the next row. Rather than breaking your form and taking steps backwards, the hop requires you to be able to plant your feet on the fly and apply your power to the next row. It will keep your muscles engaged, and build the stability in your legs, ankles, and feet so you're always ready for your next move!

Why Row & Jump?

The Row & Jump is an explosive upper and lower body workout. The Row will build up your shoulders, biceps, and back. The Jump will develop stability with planting your feet on the fly, and being ready to hold steady as you perform your next row. It's a great functional workout, almost like a tug-of-war. Holding steady and pulling a weighted object towards your body is something you may find yourself doing in day-to-day life, it's a common motion in any sort of manual labor. Not to mention that the Row & Jump will blast your muscles by having almost no downtime between each rep, which will help in maximizing your strength gain!
