Battle Flips are a combination of a battle rope workout and a tire flip. Each rep begins with an upper body burn from the rope work, and then finishes with the full body work of a pair of flips. Combining the two makes for a low-impact, high intensity workout that covers a majority of muscle groups.

Why Battle Flips?

The beauty of Battle Flips is that it is extremely customizable. There's no "right" variant of a battle rope exercise to do, you can modify it to any desired type of upper body motion for your own benefit. Whether it's rope slams for power and explosiveness, or alternating waves for endurance, or alternating circles for muscle coordination- there are many beneficial options to explore. And of course, finishing the workout with a couple tire flips rounds out the workout to be a solid strength exercise.
